ABOUT THE GALLERIES:

The All About Astro.com Galleries feature astronomical images taken by Jay Ballauer using a wide variety of equipment and techniques.  

All Images are categorized chiefly by their object type.   There are several other object lists that you can view, such as the Messier Objects taken thus far and a chronological list of sorted by date.  The latter list is interesting since you can easily track the improvement in the quality of the images.   

Many images can be viewed in either 1000 or 1600 pixel resolutions, so be sure to click on the links to see the each image in more detail.
